This page describes the current technical behavior of the AFILLO quote-request flow.
What data is collected?
The form collects origin, destination, unit type, date, company and contact details. Notes and optional campaign parameters may also be submitted.
Why is it used?
Data is used to validate the request, assess its operational scope and prepare a response. Consent is required before submission.
How is it delivered?
The server-validated event is sent to a durable destination only when a secure adapter is configured. The email adapter and Google Workspace connection are not enabled.
Technical behavior
The browser may use local storage to remember scrollytelling progress. No advertising cookie is used. Google Analytics is used for audience measurement; the script is loaded ONLY if you accepted in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no request is sent to Google.
