These terms explain how AFILLO's website, mobile application and WhatsApp channel may be used, and what AFILLO and its users can expect from each other.
What AFILLO provides
AFILLO is a road and intermodal transport operation run by AFILLO Kft. (Hungary). AFILLO gives shippers, carriers and drivers access to quote requests, traction requests, driver applications and operational updates through this website, a mobile application, and a WhatsApp business channel.
Your account and responsibilities
Where a form or application asks for personal or company details, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it current. If you are issued any login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity carried out with them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to AFILLO's systems, interfere with the operation of the website, mobile application or WhatsApp channel, or use these channels for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
Data and privacy
Personal data submitted through quote requests, driver applications, traction requests and the WhatsApp channel is processed as described on our Privacy page. Using these channels means you accept that processing.
WhatsApp channel
AFILLO may contact you through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform for account-related and transactional messages, such as confirming a request or sharing an operational update. You can ask to stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying in the conversation with a stop request.
Fees
Fees for traction, transport or any related service are agreed separately, in a contract or a written quote with the customer. This page does not set, publish or guarantee any price; only a written confirmation for a specific request is binding.
Intellectual property
The AFILLO name, logo, and the content of this website and mobile application belong to AFILLO Kft. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
AFILLO provides the website, mobile application and WhatsApp channel on an as-available basis and works to keep them accurate and operational, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, AFILLO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of these channels. Liability for the transport service itself is governed by the applicable transport contract and mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
AFILLO may update these terms, the website, the mobile application or the WhatsApp channel from time to time to reflect operational, legal or technical changes. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, where AFILLO Kft. is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
